      This trainer was kinda time-consuming 'cause every level
      had  it's own addresses (and was crunched). So there are
      only permanent options this time.
NOTE1:In  the 4th level there is an air-gauge, but I didn't do
      an  option  for  that one, because you hav unlimited air
      when you select unlimited shield!!
NOTE2:When  you  select the levelskipper then don't care about
      the  'Game Over'  messy when hitting F10. The next level
      will automatically be loaded!!
NOTE3:The  unlimited  shield  option only works AFTER YOU HAVE
      BEEN KILLED ONCE!!
NOTE4:If  you  select  the levelskipper and lose all lives the
      game will act as if F10 is pressed (sorry for that one!)
