Visual Intensity 3 (Diskmagazine) by Dual Format

  After  finding  out that Sparkle was
not  in  fact dead.  (It came as a bit
of  a shock when he knocked on my door
the  other  day.  "Aren't you dead?" I
said   and  his  reply  was  "WOOOOO!"
basically.)  Any-road-up  I decided to
interview  him  and  it went something
like this:

This   interview   was   conducted  by
ELRIC/FUTURA   over   the   phone   on
8/12/93,   in  a  hurry  to  meet  the
deadline  for  Visual  Intensity 3, so
sorry  for  the wank and unimaginative
questions!

E>First of all, introduce yourself and
tell us your scene history.

T>My  handle  is Tango, I'm manager of
Defekt.   My  first  group  I admit to
being  in was Destiny, I then moved to
Defekt  and  that's  been  it.  Fairly
boring really

Deadlock   issue  7  by  the  UK  crew
DIMENSION  X  is the latest edition of
their  popular  and well produced disk
magazine (nooo shit!)

Anyway it comes on one disk and uses a
trackloading  system,  although it's a
tad   slow   but   still   can't  have
everything!  Nice though.

After  a  few  seconds  or  so  we are
greeted  with  a  screen which doesn't
look  very  dissimilar

  This   is  one  of  the  best  Manga
slideshows  I  have  ever seen.  There
are loads of pictures and most of them
look  too  good  to  be hand drawn but
they  say  that  the pictures have not
been   scanned   or  digitised.   This
slideshow  is very well done, it has a
good  fade  routine  which  fades  the
picture  that is already on the screen
out at the same time as fading the
