THE JUNGLE issue 1 by DAMIAN Again a new disk mag which hits the scene, this time it is the first issue of `The Jungle` done by DAMIAN. It is a new austrian mag which is really well spread. The Intro is really weak, in a style from 1988, to be honest - it is really terrible. The mag music is excellent, performed by `Mindblast` a tune rich in flavour, expression and melody. The gfx are ok, the title pic is quite good too. The code is very fast, works without any bugs and is really one of`the better ones`. The menu is created very effectfully, it looks very similar to RAF`s `Royal Info` but is easily to handle. Well, the articles are very boring, almost no interesting things in it and you have really the feeling that you have read most in other mags some time ago. It can be a very good mag but for that the quality of the articles must be improved otherwise you will have to use it as a kind of music disc. Intro: 4.0 Music: 9.0 GFX: 7.5 Code: 8.5 Menu: 9.0 Contents: 6.0 ----- in total: 7.33 ====
