MAGNETIC FIELDS 43 1/3 FRAP OF MAGNETIC FIELDS - Hello everyone! This is Frap of Magnetic Fields and I am the dedicated demofreak of this group which I supply the rest of MF with the V. Latest demos (worldwide), before the next saga of questions I am 17 years old. How many contacts do you have at the moment? - At this very moment I have around 60 groovy and cool contacts which at least 50 of 'em are European dudes! The reason that I mostly swap with groups abroad is that demofreaks must only swap with european groups in order to grab every demo. - When was the M.F. founded? -Magnetic Fields was formed about 1 and a half years ago when two groups thought about the idea of a merge. The two groups consisted of a group I belonged to which was called Sub-Zero (remember the C64 group) and another group called Nitro A.C. At first there was a co-operation for some time between us and we thought how about a new group (yeah!). We all said OK and Magnetic Fields was formed among us all. What was your first release? The first release of Magnetic Fields was a small intro which had Garfield music. But our first proper demo was the cool vectorbobs, but always look out for more productions coming real soon. What are the aims and future projects of M. Fields? Our future aims is just to be a well organized group and keep in touch with all our dedicated friends in this scene of Amiga- warez, while keep releasing new productions. Thy hardware? Our hardware isn't anything special except the usual bit's with 5.25 drives etc. How many members M.F. has? At the moment we have 15 members, as recently we have kicked out our modemtrader called Opal for bullshitting, but anyone interested in joining please contact me at the end of this interview (only coders, musicians) - Your favorites? -My all time favourite demo is the RSI megademo and the CeBit 90 demo, but also the BudBrain's m. demo is cool as well. My favourite musicians are Romeo Knight, Uncle Tom, Einstein. My favourite graphician is Joe/Scoopex and drink has got to be cor porahan pop (water) What would you want if you had three wishes? If I had three wishes my choices would be: 1st wish: I had Kim Basinger on a desert island for eternity. ( life ) 2nd wish: I wouldn't have to look at X-Copy again but still copy discs. 3rd wish: All Atari ST owners were blasted to bits by all Amiga-owners. What do you think about the Friendship-label ? I think it is a cool idea that everyone stays friends as a lot of hatred goes on with groups thinking they are better than each other as everyone contributes to the scene not just one group.I was thinking that there should be a place every year that all groups attend where a huge copy-party should be held instead of various parties, there should be a party such as Friendship Conference 90 in Sweden or other country easy to get to for all groups (worldwide) and meet up. Just think all the well known groups meeting up once a year and talking all their - latest wares and release a few productions it would be be the best-ever party with at least 200-300 demos being released. (Think about it everyone it could be done if everyone contributes). 11.name some of your hobbies besides computing! My other hobbies besides computing is playing snooker, tennis and just the usual bit's "staying alive!" having lots of fun. Thank you everyone who has read this and sorry it has been so boring!!! Please look out for further releases and I hope you like our latest product called "Zarjaz" demo which is a really freaky demo. If anyone is interested in contacting me for the latest wares look in the advertisements.
