Cryptoburners, Fairlight, Dexion and Violence party-report by Teeze/Anarchy. 910628-910630 in Porsgrunn/Norway. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Deep, deeeep in the forests of Norway in the summer...A PARTY! But wait.. Well, this party was arrenged by CRB, FLT, Dexion and Violence. But I could not find ANY Fairlight member at the party. Maybe I was to tired? Anyway... I arrived pretty early Saturday morning (02.30) at the party- place. So I cant tell if the arrengement was good in the beginning? First att the entrance a FUCKING asshole forced me to pay 100 Nkr (wich was about 95 to much for me!) Strange! In the party-invitation they said 80 for Danes and Swedes. If ANY member of Dexion, CRB or Violence visit your party...raise the price fast! (hehe. got that Sphinx?) Well, at the entrance the UGLY guys was sitting and collecting money... hehe.. but then...woooooow. 5 meters deeper inside the school...THE SNACK STORE! Yeeeees! Nice girls! I bet they could easily enter the PLAYBOY magazine?! Enough... (horny bastards!!!) The first guy I met was NOSFERATU of RAZOR 1911. (Bloomp!) The first damn question I got from him was: -Hey Teeze! Did you bring your modem so that we could download some cool stuff? .... -Hehehe. Didnt anyone of the s.c. organizers bring a HST Modem???? -No, just a small 2400 modem!!!!!!!!!!! -Oooooh nooo, no hot stuff.... Cool PARTY was my first thought!........ They had a BiiiiG hall in the basement for the LAMERS and `not-so-big` groups. (I didnt say ONLY lamers...some VERY cool groups was sitting there!) It was fucking crowded and noisy. And a terrible stinking cloud came from the toilets in the end of the hall. It was terrible...or maybe the smell came from the `LAMERS`??? Nah... (just joking!) Yes. In that hall I found some CooooL guys from SYMBIOSIS FRANCE! And one guy (cant remember his name now) was painting a FUCKING nice picture of my friend Riot! (atleast I thought he looked like Riot! hohoho!) Unfortnatley the guy didn`t manage to finish his picture in time for the GFX- competition. (I`m sure he would have won it otherwise! NO JOKE!) The GFX-wizard told me that his friend Tomas Landspurg was going to re- lease a demo with a new kind of vector-routine. Hmmm....lets take a look at it: I said. -Well, we have to ask him. -Is he present at the party? -Yep! he said and pointed at an UGLY `bastard`. -Hepp. I asked him if I could see his new demo???? But he refused. Maybe he was afraid that I would laugh or something? But...nooo... OK.There was ABSOLUTLEY NO `HOTSTUFF` spreaded around at the party. Not even one single FUCKING game? ... But who cares? Crusaders released their ever sooo famous `CRUSADERS EUROCHART`!!!!!! (Hey!!! Nice work by your crew!) I didnt came all the way from LAPPLAND just for copying games? No, I was here just for meeting old pals and drink some cool stuff. And the place was full of cooooool guys/groups like: Tip + Azatoth of PHENOMENA, Maze + Airbrush + Mithrandir of ACME, Chester of BRAINSTORM, Yankee of Addonic (+some of their Scandinavian members), Bustman + Dr.Awesome (+ all the other dudes from CRUSADERS), RAZOR 1911, CRYPTOBURNERS, DEXION, AURORA, NO LIMITS, FRANTIC, REBELS, BLACK ROBES, SILENTS, SYMBIOSIS, VIOLENCE, NETWORK, EUPHORIA, SPACEBALLS, REFLECTORS, THE GANG and many other weird dudes! On the top floor there was about 8-10 big classrooms for the `ELITE` and downstairs they had some rooms for the organizers. The party went on in peace and quiet..no police, no action, no HOT STUFF, no sleep, no modem, no fights, no drugs, no booze - Violence confiscated my booze...but later I got it back and went out in our car with it...I think it was safer to have it in our car then in their snack-store??- (Aurora was the only group who was drunk...)...no...blah blah blah.... Oh yes! One good think! They had a big TV-screen showing cool movies all the time! Great! It was sunday night and the competitions should start! The organizers had choosen 30 guys to be the jury. They said the jury consisted of high- quality coders, musicians and graphic-artits with a few years experience of demo-making!
