About Underworld (USA)
World Charts 11 do refer to this BBS not as a Hoodlum board but as a Public Enemy (PC group) USHQ. Indeed this board moved to the IBM standard after leaving Crack Inc. This is a bit confusing though, because another (Toronto-based) Underworld bbs has been member of Hoodlum for a short time on Amiga in 1995, approximatively one year after the World Charts 11 had been released.
