INTERVIEW WITH JAWBREAKER / SCOOPEX

Let us start:

You  founded  Scoopex  Norway  along
with  Pal and Perplex some time ago.
Why  did  you  what  to  join such a
inactive  group as Scoopex?  Did you
think that Scoopex Norway could make
a difference?

Yup...  Scoopex was quite inactive..
But  I  thought  that maybe we could
make  a  difference...   And I think
that   things  got  moving  when  we
joined....   (I  guess!)  ......  

Why  do  you think almost every good
group starts up a Norwegian division
(e.g.    The   Silents,  Dual  Crew,
Scoopex, Keferns)?

I'm   not  sure...   Actually  there
weren't  that  many  good and active
groups  some  months ago, so I guess
people   wanted   to   join  foreign
crews.....

What  are  your  plans with Scoopex,
are  you  going  to release anything
beside packs?

Flash  will continue his pack-series
(If  nothing odd happens!).  Perplex
will   (Hopefully!)   get   a   demo
finished  for  the  Easter  party in
Lillestrom,  Norway.  I've coded the
new  World Charts a week ago and now
it's my game that counts!!!

Scoopex  has  taken  over the 'World
Charts'.   Do you think they will be
accepted as the new 'EuroCharts'?

I  don't know?  I hope so!  (Not for
you  Autopsy!   You  will  count  to
death!   hoohharharhar!)  After  the
'EuroCharts'   are  gone,  everybody
will  try  to imitate, (Hermegaasa!)
But vote in the World charts!!!!

In your last demo 'Erazorhead' there
was  a  sort  of  a  preview of your
vector game.  When will it be out?

After   the   demo  was  released  I
deleted  the  whole  fucking source,
coz  it  didn't  please  me.   So, I
rewrote the whole idea from scratch!
And  now  it's  500%  faster, better
looking   and  looks  like  a  game!
Actually,  it's  supposed  to  be  a
game.  And Pal is doing the graphics
for  it.  Not that much graphics coz
it's  a  vector-game!!  (In case you
forgot!)  I'm  hoping  for a preview
release   at  the  Easter  party  in
Lillestrom,  Norway!   Be  there, it
will be great!

A  lot of people have joined Scoopex
the   last   month   (e.g.   Bomber,
Angeldawn,  Tiger, Autopsy, the list
is  endless).   Why ?  What made all
these guys want to join Scoopex?

Me?    Things   got   active  again.
Everybody  is  working on something.
We  got  more  active  in  the modem
scene.

You are a pretty sick person, aren't
you?   You led the sexual conference
on   several   boards.    Has   this
something  to  do  with  a  horrible
childhood?

People  say  I'm drunk in the phun..
Can  that  have something to do with
it???  Hey!  Several boards???  hooh

Perplex  is  a  coder in Scoopex, he
has some cool ideas.  Why haven't we
seen any of his work?

Mainly coz he's a 'BIT' lazy...  But
first  we  wanted  to  do  a dentro,
trackmo,  FIStro, FLENStro, FUCKtro,
STAY-FITtro,   STAY-NON-RELIGIOUStro
etc,etc.   But  now  he  has finally
finished  a  COOL intro that will be
out   the   very  moment!   And  his
routines  will  NOT  be  wasted!!  I
promise  you..........  (I have some
up my sleeve to!!)

What  is  going  on  between you and
Lord  Mindless / Dual Crew?  Did you
borrow something from him?  Or?

We  went  in  his  car  to the AMEGA
party,  and  back  home..  I owe him
about  200NOK  for  the fuel...  And
guess  what??   I still do!!!  But I
was  a nice person and payed him the
symbolic  sum of 50NOK!!  (150NOK to
go!) ....later!

Some rumors are going a around about
Viper.   Could you clear this matter
up for us?

After   Viper  left  No  Limits,  he
joined  Scoopex  and  has  STAYED IN
SCOOPEX!!!!   But  it's  right  that
he's   in   the   army  now!   (Sing
alltogether  now!!!!)  HE'S  IN  THE
ARMY  NOW!!!  OOOOOOOOOOOOOH HE'S IN
THE ARMY NOW!  OOOOOOOOOOOH!

In your packs 'Violation' you used a
song  by  your  'friend'  Lizard/MSI
without  asking  him.   He  was very
upset  when he found out, was that a
nice thing to do?

I'M  GUILTY!!  SORRY!!  I THOUGHT IT
WAS ALRIGHT!!

Why  did you leave Razor 1911?  (And
why is it called 1911???)

I  left because NOTHING happened for
a  year  or so...  And there were no
other  active coders!!!  It was back
in   1911   that  the  first  CONDOM
factory opened!!  And what would you
do   without  them???   Jit  on  the
wall???  (haha) BIG greetings to all

Who is the main leader in Scoopex?

Ranger  is  the  main leader, but we
have some other organizers too......

Can  there be any sort of friendship
in   such   big  group  as  Scoopex?
(Members  all over the place, coming
and going all the time)

We  have members all over the place,
but I know many guys in Scoopex, and
we  have  a  great  friendship,  but
there's  several  I  don't  know  as
well...yet!  (and will never do Ed.)

Did  you  ask  Walkman  to  become a
member of Scoopex?  What went wrong?

Pal  asked  him, but Walkman doesn't
(didn't)  have  monitor cable, so he
couldn't  make  new music or send us
some...   but  let's  see  what  the
future brings....

What  do  you  think of the demos of
1991?  Who are your favourites?

The  demos from the party in Denmark
were  cool!!!   My  favourites  are:
ODYSSEY,  HARDWIRED,  VOYAGE, ENIGMA
(The rest I forgot!!)

What  did you think of R.A.W.  issue
1?  Was it too raw?

The  Best reading stuff you can get!
It's  Good  that  someone  can  make
something different.  I like the RAW
style.  Keep it going dudes!!

Describe  the  Norwegian demo scene,
why is it so quiet?

Why?   Coz we're LAZYYYYYY!  Come on
guys!!  Do something!!

What is a 'NERD'?

Actually    I    think    it's    an
OVER-INTELLECTUAL guy, with no booze
and  parties!!   (he?) BTW:  NERD is
one   of  my  favourite  expressions
together with 'NARR'.....

If you sat down for a shit, and then
found  out  there  was  -NO-  toilet
paper left.  What would you do?

After I've pushed this loooong cabel
HALFWAY out of my ass, I would stand
up (with the cabel still HALFWAY out
my  ass!),  wash  my hands, open the
door  to  the  toilet,  stear at the
crowd  and then run around screaming
I've  got  a  'BENDELORM' up my ass,
and  see were it drops off.  (To the
sound of a cheering crowd!)

How many days has Slayer left in the
army?

Last  time  I  heard  of  him he had
about  160  days  to  go...  Will he
ever get free?

Will  there  come something big from
Scoopex  when  Slayer gets back from
the Army?

I  hope  so...  The french dudes are
also  working  on a great slide-show
with  Mack,  and  a cool track-mo!!!
Hopefully   Slayer  will  also  code
something when he gets back from the
Lappland-Army!!!

Why  did  you  vote for 'Stag #6' at
the  Razor/Imp party in Arendal last
autumn?   And what are your thoughts
about the party.

How did you know??  The demos were a
little  boring,  and  as stupid as I
am,  I thought 'Stag #6' was a great
demo,,   with  real-time  calculated
complex   movements!!    So,  I  was
stunned!!  (THIN eh?)....  The party
was  a  disaster,  but the ELITE had
great  phun!!!!  Hey guys:  What did
you    think   about   our   special
vaffler'?????  (A bit salty!  -ed)

Do  you  think Slayer and Reward are
good?  (BE HONEST!)

Slayer  and Reward ARE good!!  Let's
hope they don't get out of date.....
