¼WHERE & WHEN¼


¹The  party  will  be held in a huge conference centre (no fucked up schools) in
Aars  near  Aalborg,  Denmark.   It  will  be  a  reality from thursday 26th of
december at 10:00 CET to saturday 28th of december 1991 at 15:00 CET.

³¼FACILITIES¼¹

- room for 800-1000 people, including tables and chairs for everybody.
-  A  FREE bus (luxus coach with TV, video etc) will drive nonstop from Aalborg
station  to the party, both the first and the last day!  So if you are going by
train, go to Aalborg.
-Enough  electricity for everyone, with a proffesional electrician to avoid any
problems.
-  All info about  whats  going  on etc.  will be published on a large bulletin
board and several infoscreen.
- 300*250cm screen for competitions, movies etc.
-  Extremely  powerfull Hi-Fi equipment to garantee perfect soundquality in the
music and democompetition.
-  Info  Screens  (genlocked  onto MTV), the latest movies, demo, graphics, and
music  competition will be broadcasted on a TV-transmitter, so that anyone with
a normal TV with an antenna, can recieve them anywhere at the party!
- Fulltime cleaning personel to ensure that everything is neat'n'tidy.
-  A cafeteria will be open 24hrs/day.  Here you will be able to buy everything
from Snickers to real breakfast.
-  Beer/soda  selling  stand,  where you can refill.  We will not accept anyone
else selling beers, soda, food, etc.  at the party.
-  A  phoneline and a HST modem will be avaible to make sure that there will be
plenty of new stuffs.
³¼Competitions¼¹

As  on  other  parties, there will be competitions for demos, music & graphics.
We  will  also  have a great deal of surprise comps, for which you will have to
wait until the party..

The demos must be able to run on a standard (1.2/1.3) Amiga 500 with 1/2mb chip
and 1/2mb fastmem.  If they don't bad luck for you.
Each group can only compete with one demo.
For  music  competition  and graphics competition, we would appreciate that the
competitors are present at the party.
Graphics  should  be  loadable  from  DeluxeIV,  music  must be delivered as an
executable  files  only, so there won't be any trouble about wrong players etc.
Music  and  Graphics  competitions  will take place on the 2nd day (friday) The
demo competition will ofcourse be on the last day.

³¼PLEASE NOTE..¼¹

-  Drinkind  and  smoking  is  allowed  inside the buildings.  Anyone who can't
behave  will  be thrown out till they can.  Real troublemakers will ofcourse be
handed over to the police.
- People who cause any damages will ofcourse have to pay for it.
