 Interview with the Finnish Platoon of Rebels! Conducted by ShockWave/Cytax

Was done at Meegosh's place on 14/05/91 on Meegosh's Amiga which is working
great! (Apart from the Dead mouse and iffy power supply!) We have a BAAAAAD
smell of paint around here and Willow's socks. The weather is SHIT. Raining.
So, Amphetamine! This is PROPER english! There are nearly  NO  mistakes  in
this! You will probably be getting/have got the news sheet from  Thunor  by
now? I will do my own version when I get back to England. I will  be  doing
an interview with Jester/Sanity, 911/Desire and Liberator/Axis from Holland.
(Nope....Didnt stay in Holland! Back home now!)

SW: Hi guys! Introduce yourselves, pseudo's, role, etc etc
REBELS: I'm Willow and I'm one of the coders, I'm nearly 17
        Yo I'm Meegosh and I'm the ONLY swapper in Rebels in Finland

SW: When was Rebels SF started and how??
MG & WW: It was founded in around January 1991, the 22nd as Meegosh says, cos
         its the day after his birthday! It was thanks to Bozo we started it!
SW: Any new productions in the pipeline from you??
MG & WW: Willow is gonna make a demo which has the title 'Revolutional Tendenci
      es and Zunga & MCD will make a demo also, Dweezil will make a music disk
         with tunes only from Heatbeat!
SW: What do you guys think of Finland? What are the people like here?
MG & WW: Finland is boring, cold & dirty. The people are unfriendly, cold
       hearted, and all other forms of abuse! (Sw: They seem to like it here!)
SW: Do you know any cool well known guys on the scene? If so, name them!
MG & WW: Of course we know some guys, Alta/Rebels, Bozo/Rebels, Jake/Rebels
         etc, Tip/Phenomena, Mantronix/Razor, and nearly the entire population
         of Finland (of course!)

SW: Have you guys ever been in trouble with the police??
MG & WW: Yep, both of us! Meegosh for boozing and kicking a cop car!!! and
         Willow for boozing and kicking lamp posts with Meegosh also!
SW: Do you guys ever get monumentally HUGE phone bills?
WW: I think the record for me is 1500 which is kinda normal for me.
    Heatbeat's family have sold their phone 'cos the phone bill was TOO high!
SW: What is the organization in Rebels like?
MG & WW: It's good. We have a complete memberlist as well as a news flash
         which tells us of new releases coming from all departments in all
         countries! We ring all other Rebels members, especially when we
         get totally drunk! They ring us, but only if they have something
         to complain about!
SW: Are there any/many conferences in Finland? Or have there been?
MG & WW: Many pervert boozing parties but not a lot of conferences (none?)

SW: Do you have plans to go to any conferences in other countries in the near
    future??
MG & WW: To the Rebels/Phenomena/Razor/Agille (Agile??) co-op party in Sweden
         (Stockholm) on the 14th of June.. (Be there or be a monk!)
         The Cryptoburners party will also be visited (June/July sometime)
SW: Do you guys use AT&T or MCI/Credit Cards or do you know any who do in
    Finland??
MG & WW: Many guys use them here in Finland and we've got shitty 2400 baud
         modems so it would be a waste of time and cards, wouldn't it!
SW: How fast is the scene in Finland?
MG & WW: Slow and low that is the tempo (they both say?!?!)
SW: OK, now for the ShockWave Classic Question! What do you think of the
    girls around here, where you live etc???? Which is the best part of Finland
    for girls?? hehe

MG & WW: If you wanna find the rich girls it's around here (Near Helsinki)
         but if your into animal sex you can go further north!! Or maybe
         come to Finland's Perverted Booze parties!?!?
SW: So, you guys go to a lot of non-Amiga parties here??
MG & WW: Yep, sure do.. All the time. More parties are in the Autumn, and in
         the last of April is the BEST party in Finland! (So, all you guys
         come here THEN!)
SW: How about the drink here? It is supposed to be shit expensive??
MG & WW: Yep. It is extremely expensive. Most guys ONLY drink beer as it's
         the cheapest way of getting drunk! Some guys drink Koskenkorva
         (Finnish Vodka! The cheapest.... 90 Marks, about 18 pounds, 52
         German Marks for 1 SMALL bottle!!!)
SW: Sounds Kewl! (Hi Retaliator!) Have you ever been in the UK for a party?
WW: Nope, never.. Didn't even know there were parties in the UK!
MG: Nope, never! But they are said to be too boring for us to visit!

SW: What did you think of the Anarchy Conference in Sweden???
MG & WW: So, you mean the anal party?? It was boooooooooring!!! No arrangment
         the food was good though!
SW: Sounds like the Anarchy UK party too! Anyhow, I've run out of questions!

SW: What color socks do you wear?????
MG: Well, they are sometimes white. They have been but now they are a brown
    color!!!
KD: White...of course! I'm the cleanest in the group!
SW: What would you say if I said there was a pink banana flying past the window?
MG: Errrrrrrrrrrrrrr. That's normal when you use LSD!
KD: Errrrr. I would say nothing, as I don't have my glasses on... Hey where is
    the basket ball MG???
SW: Do you get pocket money????? If so how much???
MG: No, I stick to yellow flowers! (?)

MG & KD: What shoes do you wear??
SW: Errr. Well. Quaser at the moment, bought in the Sports shop in Ryde!
    They are kinda boots, and they are the only things that'll fit me!

SW: I bought it on a ferry going across the Channel to France! It cost 150
    and says P & O European Ferries on the front!

SW: Well. Give me Finland anyday when compared with the Isle of Shit in
    England! 1) The Girls here are great! 2) The beer here is great and
    doesn't taste of shit (much!) 3) Rebels SF are here!

SW: Ok... well. I left England on 30th March and since then I have been to
    France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, and
    lastly Finland! Next stop is Holland, and maybe Italy before my card
    runs out on June 1st! Then I have to get back to England FULL fare on
    the ferry & trains from Harwich!
MG & KD: What is your most favorite Computer mag/Normal mag?
SW: Ok... I guess ICE HAS to be THE best, as it's beating Stolen Data!
    (Never mind Anarchy!) but magazine??? er...Any Swedish or Finnish
    hard core porn magazine will do!
MG & KD: Well, thanks for interviewing us, and hope you put this in your
