SONIC ATTACKĂ— Dual Crew ShiningĂ— Sonic Attack is a four-disk musicdisk with 19 modules from 11 different musicians. Although the design is rather nice, with good ideas and nice graphics, the producers seem to have forgotten the most important thing; the music itself! Unfortunately, I feel sad to announce that none of the 19 compositions are above average, which is rather surprising concidering the good reputations the group DCS has. A few of the modules have a length of 150kB and more, the rest are 50kB modules, not that the length of the modules normally means something, but in this case is really does! After listening to the 19 tunes and switching between the four disks a few times, you're stuck with a bad feeling in your stomach. You feel that it was a total waste of four disks! Not much more to say, really. It was a BIG surprise that DCS released this budget musicdisk.
