THE DISKMAG REVIEWS Cemetery News #3 by Bronx Another Turkish mag is back after quite a delay. Bronx is back with issue 3 of their mag, has anything improved? PRESENTATION: The panel-graphics have remained just about exactly the same, quite nice, but nothing REALLY stunning. The article-layout is at some points okay and on other points not very good. There are both big and small fonts available, but unfortunately the colororisation in many articles is a bit unfortunate. As for effects in the code there are plenty: Analysers here and there, animated fonts and other gimmicks, very funny, but Bronx are close to overdoing it. Yep, that it possible! CONTENTS: An okay number of articles, but few of these are actually interesting to read. The rest seems to be the usual fillers which CAN be interesting for a few people. It doesn't seem like the editors has got any special intentions of selecting a certain kind of editorial style to be more strict with what they publish, too bad, 'cause they definatly have the proper potential. CONCLUSION: Cemetery News is in no way a bad mag, but it's also hard to point out anything being really good and differing from other mags around. Basically we're just talking about an average diskmag with a potential of being better if the proper time and effort was taken. Whether Bronx will be able to get further than the average they're at is simply a question of the editors really sitting down and think the concept through. PRESENTATION 6 CONTENTS 5 OVERALL 5
