³Please introduce yourself²:¹

Hi,  I'm  Wiz  of  Oz  /  Decay.   I'm  a  graphic artist and try to keep Decay
organised  as best as possible.  I'm 19 years old, and have been with the Amiga
for around 5 years.

³What is your computer(s) configuration setup?  What are you looking for?¹

³How long have you been on the Amiga scene?

As I said before, around 5 years..


³Tell me your opinions/comments on the scene in Australia from your view?

The  scene in Australia is pretty slow at the moment.  This would be because of
the  troubles  caused  around  November last year.  Because of this there's not
much  stuff  going round at the moment, but it should build up.  There seems to
be  a re-emergence of the old style swappers appearing.  These are the guys who
still  use lists and swap older quality stuff instead of the latest hot stuff..
I don't care much for swapping that way, anything new makes me happy.


³What do you think of modems in the scene (for Australia)?

I  think  modems  in  Oz  are  cool  and  I wish I could afford one.  They give
swappers  'ammunition'  to  send  to  the contacts, and they are a great way of
getting  own  productions  spread world wide well before mail could reach these
parts..


³Do you have any ongoing or for coming projects?
¹
We  are  always  producing our diskmag called Blip-Verts, and we are working on
intros  at  the  moment.   We had big plans for a nice demo to be released, but
these  days  if you release something with old ideas, it gets ignored.  We dont
wanna  do  another demo in the style we did the Simpsons so we are waiting till
we  come  up  with  something with either a new idea, or something that is of a
high standard.


³What other groups have you been in and what is your group doing now?

My  first  days of Amiga'ing were in my own lame group called 'The Oz Crackers'
we  went on for a while and then we were asked to join Freedom Force in Finland
to  become the Oz section..  So we did, and just after we joined, Freedom Force
went  into cooperation with Amiga Industries.  This cooperation just 'existed',
and  nothing  much  was happening.  So I made the decision to leave and start a
new group, this is where Decay comes into it.
³What is your opinion on Piracy and Legality?
¹
I  don't  mind  piracy  and I don't mind legality!..  If I get a hot new game I
think  'Cool!', if I get a hot new demo/intro I also think 'Cool!'.  So if it's
either  legal or illegal I don't care!..  But I'd rather the cool intro or cool
demo.


³What is you opinion on computer life? (You all know what I mean!)
¹
Well  if  you stay there all day long you're a nutcase..  There is more to life
then pixels, so make the most of it...  Live it up!  You only live once (but in
my case I am immortal!!!!!) he he he he


³Do you have any last comments or messages?
¹Yeah,  all  people  out  there,  have  you read Blip-Verts lately??  If not you
should  try  to  get a copy...  Hi to the dudes down in Reality New Zealand and
all the other dudes that collect ads for us (Maze/Rage, Leon, Pasron)
