Kicking Ass Party 91 Report - page 1/2 Author: Number Five! On the 3rd to the 4th August (a weekend) a special party took place in Bavaria/Southern-Germany. It was organized by Amiga Industries and TRSI. And it shouldn't be one of that fucking copy-parties, but a party where good groups from the old days and from nowadays come together to have a good time. So only invited guys were able to enter the: Kickin' Ass Party '91. It was held in an old sports-hall and there only were two machines (both from the organizers) connected, because the invitation said no computers. On these two Amigas good and old demos were shown and also some bytes coded (by Riff Raff/Ufo and Delta/TCC/TRSI for example). The result was a party-intro with lots of crazy text (bcoz everyone was drunken from the special-party-beer.) Yeah, as you've read above there was a special party beer available. And it was labeled like this: ------------------------------- Amiga Industries & Brewery Hauf presents: S Z E N A T O R Limited Edition Cultbeer Kickin Ass-Party '91 Double Density Ratio: ??? Vol % ------------------------------- A funny idea I think and it really made you drunken very fast... The record of smashed bottles holds a wellknown guy,but no names here. At the beginning of the evening many freaks became hungry and so we went for a pizza... Imagine many cool freax walking through the downtown of a little city...That was cool ... (Hope that the inhabitants got no shock ?!) Then we came back to the partyplace and the party went wilder and wilder.. Some guys tried snuff, a bavarian Kicking Ass Party 91 Report - page 2/2 Author: Number Five! speciality and became addicted... There also exists a shocking party-video done by Hamster/TRSI which hopefully never will be published. Many nice actions were filmed with famous guys involved. Because you needed an invitation no llamas were present. A nice feeling! So this party was a more-quality-than-quantity-party. Some famous guys promised to show up, but did not come.. Maybe because many of them already left the scene and aren't so easy to get in contact with .. And it is impossible to get the whole Amiga-Elite together (..try it..) But anyway some legends were present like the following ones... THE LIGHT CIRCLE, ANTIPROTECT, F-16, WIZARDS, SPREADPOINT, SUBWAY, TRSI, FRANK THOMAS, MIKE/BKS, ARMIN SANDER, UFO, KONGOMAN, HQC, SF, MZP, PHIL/THRUST, BEERMACHT, SUPPLEX, SQUADRON.. 64'ER GUYS: 711, RADWAR, PETER PARKER.. (no special order and sorry if something is wrong, I didn't talk to everyone.) When the crowd became tired, some sleeping possibilities were organized, so that we all could dream of the good old days. On next morning a good breakfast was already waiting for us. (Thanx Andy and the rest/AI for all the organizing!) Then we had to drive off and said good-bye to our nice friends. I am already waiting for Kicking Ass party '92, if it is planned?!
