Primavera Party'95 Report

    In  16-17.III.1995  in  polish  city   Starachowice  was taken place Party
called  Primavera  Party'95  organised   by   PIL/Union.    This  was a second
edition of this  Party.   First  was  taken  place  about  one  year  ago.  On
railway-station  in   Katowice  I  met  some  cool  guys  (Axel  D./Ils,  Bald
Horse/TRSI,  Bodzio/The  Edge,  Stan/Ils   and  some  others)  We arrived from
Katowice about 22.00.  Travel by train passed fast.

We was at Party-place  about  5.00.  Enter costs 13zl (about 5$).  At entrance
I got good-quality identificator and vote-sheet.  After some minutes I located
at one of many class-rooms  (Party-place  was  in a school).  Some first hours
of Party was very boring.  Organizers  don't make any entertainments for Party
visitors. About  10.00  at  Party-place   was   many   guys   now.  I met many
cool guys (XTD/Mystic,  Norby/TRSI,   Mars/Mystic,   Qba/TRSI and many others)
on this Party.

    About  12.00  on Party-place  gone  Mr.Root/Union  and  he began show some
manga- art  films.  On 14.00 was planned music-compo, but it was late about  2
hours!  About 16.00  music-compo  was  began.   Commission  chosen 16 modules.
Selected  modules  was  enough  good.   This  compo  won XTD/Mystic with  cool
module  called  "Inside".    After   this   compo  was  taken place ray-compo.
Commission chosen 22 raytracings.  Their rays wasn't too good.

I  saw  2,  maybe  3   good   rays.   Unfortunately  I haven't results of this
compo.    At   once    after   ray-compo   was   taken  place  graphics-compo.
Commission  chosen,  like in ray-compo, 22 pictures.  Only 7 or 8 pictures was
really good.  This compo won  Yoga/Mystic.   After  this compo organizers done
break  and began show cool  demos  on  big-screen (btw:  big-screen was really
big!).  We saw many cool  demos  likes  Psychedelic,  Nexus 7, Noxzema, Beyond
the  Future  and many others.  This break  was  about one hour long. After the
break organizers began 64kb intro-compo.   We  saw  about  12 intros (I  don't
remember  accurately).  This compo won Freezers  with good intro called "Kac".
After this compo organizers began main compo of each Party. Yes,  demo-compo.

We  saw  8  demos.   Only  three   from  them  was on AGA machines.   All  the
rest  was  on  OCS  machines.  This  compo  won Mystic (again!) with cool demo
called "Impossible Possibility".  Second  place  was Lamers  (joke-group) with
funny parody of "3D Demo II" called "4D Demo 8".{
   Third place was PIL/Union with cool  demo called "Zoombie".  And fourth was
TRSI  with good demo called "Anhaloniom Lewini".  After compos all gone to bar
(it  was  24h.  open) or to  the  rooms.   At  the  rest of night on Party was
enough silent.  About 6.00 (Sunday) me and  my  friends began go out of Party-
place  because  we  had train  to  Katowice.   We  go to Katowice enough fast.
When I gone to my house  in  Tychy,  I  ate  dinner  and gone sleep.  And  now
maybe  generally some words about Primavera  Party'95.  Party was quite  good.
One  big  fault  was   nude.    Organizers   should   done some entertainments
(had  to  be  crazy-compos,  but  it   don't happened).  If organizers decided
make Primavera Party'96, I'll be there.
