introduce you to our dear readers ?

MOTIF:   My  name is MOTIF from SILENTS
FRANCE,I'm 24 years old and I'm a coder.

²TS:  Why have you chosen the AMIGA, was
it your first computer?

¹MOTIF:   I've  met a friend of mine who
wanted to show me the CEBIT90 demo from
DELTA.   I  saw  it,and  the same day I
went  to a shop computer and bought the
AMIGA.    That  happened  in  September
1990.Before, I had an APPLEII.
²TS:   What kind of configuration do you
have?

¹MOTIF:  I just have an A500 with 1 mega
of ram and an external drive.

²TS:   Why  have you decided to become a
coder?

¹MOTIF:  Well, why a coder?  As a matter
of  fact,  I've  tried to be a musician
but  it  was  not very nice...I've also
tried gfx but it was worse...

²TS:   Why  have  you  decided  to  join
SILENTS?


¹MOTIF:   Why  SILENTS?   I've met RONAN
(he  has made the ICE demo, placed  3th
at  the  CRYPTOBURNERS  demo  party two
weeks  ago).   We  have talked.  He was
leaving  CONQUEST  with  some  friends.
So,  we  decided to create ART PARTNERS
and  now  we  are  belonging to SILENTS
FRANCE.

²TS:   Can  you  give us more precisions
about your group?

¹MOTIF:   Well,if you wants more details
about  SILENTS  you ought to ask FOLLOW
ME.  He's the leader of SILENTS FRANCE.
As  a  consequence, he's the one who is
in touch with the foreign divisions.

²TS:   Can  you  tell us your three best
groups?

¹MOTIF:   CRYPTOBURNERS,  PHENOMENA, and
PURE METAL CODERS.

²TS:   According  to  you,  what are the
ingredients to make a good demo?

¹MOTIF:   A  good demo, it's nice gfx, a
good   music,   a  good  coding,a  good
design, and some innovation.  I know it
seems  to  be  a  lot of things, but it
does exist.

²TS:   Is  your  group  working  on  new
productions   (for   example   for  the
CYCLONE demo party)?
¹MOTIF:  Yes.At the present time, we are
working  on 2 or 3 demos.  Maybe one of
them will be for the CYCLONE party, but
that'll  depend  if we have enough time
to finish it and if we can realise what
we want to.

²TS:   What  do  you  think  about  demo
parties?

¹MOTIF:  Well...In FRANCE, excepting the
CYCLONE and the IRIS demo parties which
are  quite  good, the others are...  On
the contrary, in foreign countries it's
great!   But they all speak german...or
english (that case is less serious).


²TS:   What  do  you think about the APP
(it   is   the   Association   for  the
Protection  of  the Programs, a kind of
police against pirates)?

¹MOTIF:  Well, a guy who's racking one's
brain  to  create  a  software wants to
sell  it.So,  it  is  OK.   But the APP
doesn't  make  an  attack  on  the real
crackers.   Alas,  it's  because of the
government...

²TS:   What do you think about the AMIGA
scene in FRANCE?

¹MOTIF:  The AMIGA scene in FRANCE?  The
mentality is not great.

²TS: What is your favourite game?

¹MOTIF:    I  don't  like  games,  maybe
except the great Giance Sisters.

²TS: What is your favourite util?

¹MOTIF: DEVPAC, he!He!

²TS:   Have you an advice to give to the
AMIGA owners?

¹MOTIF:   Hmm...Well...Why not trying to
create something with your AMIGA rather
than playing with it?

²TS:  According to you, who are the most
beautiful girls in the world?
¹MOTIF:   Cindy  CRAWFORD, Mathilda MAY,
and Ornella MUTTI.

²TS:   A  really good choice...So, may I
ask  you  what  you think about blonde,
dark-haired, or red women?

¹MOTIF: That's TOP-SECRET...

²TS: What do you think about MAJIC 12?

¹MOTIF:   I've  seen  2  or  3  of their
production.  They seems to be cool.
