In the following lines we have an
           interview with:

Rack of

Absolute!

Yes, this is part of our aim, to let
you know about the scene, people,
towns and everything in Hungary. So,
let's hear what he has to say!

Q - Ben of Absolute!

A - Rack of Absolute!

Q: Hi Rack! I think your name is
very known in Europe, but lots of
people know rather little about YOU.
So please introduce yourself and say
some sentences about yourself!

A: Well, my real name is László
Molnár, I was born in the year of
1972, I'm ca.170cms tall, around
60kgs., blond and green/brown eyed. I
live in a Hungarian town with around
20.000 citizens. Although it's a
rather small village, we have
everything we need. At least
satisfies 90% of my needs. In this
small town, because of the near
Austrian border, there are extremely
lot entertainment and relaxation
possibility. There are a lot of nice
sights and other cultural things.
Briefly: cool place!

Q: We've heard almost nothing about
you in the past year. As known, you
enjoyed the hospitality of the
Hungarian army. Tell us a bit about
this year!

A: I entered on the 26th of February,
1992. The first half of the year
passed by very slowly, but the second
half became very cool. You know I was
placed over to Székesfehervár, to the
HQ of Land Teams (I don't know its
correct name in English...), more
precisely to the Electronic Battle HQ
(?), where I was working with an
AT386/25Mhz machine, and I rarely drew
some battle maps, too. My boss was a
very kind colonel who gave me a lot of
extra holidays. I rarely got
assigments due to my work. So I was
quite lucky with the army. And I try
to forget the bad things... I think
that this one year 'education' was
needed for me. I changed me a lot,
and I think about various things in a
whole different way. But the 11th of
Feb. '93 was the most beautiful day
of my life... the day of my discharge.

Q: Could you tell us a funny story
about the army?

A: I don't remember to any really
cool story. But cool parties were not
rare. Mainly when we got 'holidays'.

Q: Did you get loads of letters in
the past year, or were you a bit
forgotten?

@IPpanicmanC

A: I got rather a big number of
letters. But the thing that some cool
guys leave our scene disappoints me a
bit...

Q: Now, after your discharge, how do
your days look like?

A: Perhaps a bit boring. I think it
needs some more days for me to be like
I was before the army. Anyway, my
weekdays pass with work. I leave fun
to the week-end. But I have some cool
nights on weekdays, too.

Q: But I think you really party on
week-ends... How has a Hungarian guy
from the countryside fun in your
opinion?

A: Yes, I try not to be left out from
booze parties. What's more, for a
time now, Friday-Saturday night booze
is a must for me! Well, I din't know
how a provincial guy has fun, but I
can tell you my way of having fun.
Usually we start out at my place with
starting the 'load in'. I usually do
this with home-brandy, or something
similar. After the warm up,
everything can come which starts with
the letter T. The beer, The wine,
etc. After tanking up we go to party
somewhere or to a disco.

Q: How do you think about the scene?
How did your career go? You do this
for a time now, aren't you bored with
drawing logos and pixelling?

A: I try to be active as much as I
can. I love to draw since I was a
little child, and I love fiction,
logically-unlogical (?!) things. What
I hate is monotonity and repetating,
alikeness. I think you can feel it on
my gfx...
My career started in the time of 'Ray
of Hope' ('91). I didn't think that I
could be so famous (?), so I want to
thank YOU for voting for me, it ment,
means a lot to me. I just love
pixelling, but only when I'm in the
mood. And when I'm bored of it, I
just don't do it. I don't know any
other medicine against boredom,
perhaps booze... I'm not like some
other fellows, who sit down in front
of their machine and make hords of
shit, and their works are mainly
unoriginal useless ones. for me the
idea is everything, if I don't have a
cool idea I just don't draw.

Q: On what are you working now?

A: Let this be my secret. I love
surprises, and making surprises for
somebody else is wonderful! One thing
is for sure I do gfx for more than one
demos, but I think real Rack quality
will just appear in later releases...
the demo's name will be C R E A M.

Q: Any message or note?

A: The army caused some big financial
problems to me, so if you can help,
with offering a job, primarily
computer gfx, the please help! My
address:
