GATHERING'92 REPORT

Soon  I  will  be going to the party
"Gathering 92 ".  First I have to go
to  the  shop  and buy me some coke.
There  were many people at the shop.
I met the mother of a friend of mine
who  I  had to talk to.  I think the
price for Cola was 10 NOK.  I bought
10 litres.

ARE!   PEOPLE  WILL  READ  ABOUT THE
PARTY!  NOT ABOUT A BORING JOURNEY!)
ABOUT THE PARTY:

            EXPECTATIONS
------------------------------------
Crusaders announced this party to be
the  party of the year.  (Like EVERY
party!).   I knew it wouldn't be so!
So    I    didn't   have   so   high
expectations to the party! 

             ARRANGING
------------------------------------
As   always   the  staff  could  not
satisfy  all that they have promised
and  a  dozen  of  people got really
disapointed.   Why promise something
you  can't  keep?   This  only  make
people  disapointed (and get the the
arrangers   richer!).    Nowadays  I
don't  read partyinvitations because
half of it is only bullshit.  

"If  we  get  it our way maybe Cindy
Crawford  will arrive", is a typical
example  what  the  organizers  only
write  to  get  people to arrive and
Many People = Money, Money!



               PEOPLE
------------------------------------
There    was    only   people   from
Scandinavia     (Norway,     Sweden,
Denmark) present at this party.

Famous groups from Norway:
Crb,   Pmc,  Andromeda,  Spaceballs,
Offence,     Symbiosis,     Paragon,
Equinox,  Crusaders,  Razor 1911 and
Silents.

Famous groups from Sweden:
Shining, Equinox and Strange. 

Famous groups from Denmark:
Kefrens,  Static  Bytes, Crystal and
Anarchy

+  a  Dozens  of  other  well  known
groups.

The  total  amount  of  people  were
about 800.
            COMPETIONS
------------------------------------
The   screen  they  showed  all  the
graphics  and  the  demos was awful.
(Even   my   Grandmother  could  see
that!).  The musiccompo was arranged
fair   enough.    10   Modules  were
choosed  out  and  played!   So  you
didn't  have to sit too long hearing
all   the   modules.   The  football
compo,  eating  compo,  diskthrowing
compo  was  fairly  nice  organised.
The  final in the Football match was
refereed by Lord "The Judge" Helmet.
The  final  was won by Silents.  For
all  other results read "the result"

              SUMMARY
-------------------------------------
  " Money talks, organising walks"

should   be  the  slogan  for  these
organizers.   Although  it was maybe
the  Best  organised party in Norway
it didn't live up to the invitation.
But  I  met/talked  to a lot of nice
Scene  dudes  so  the  party  wasn't
wasted! 

When  People pay their entrance to a
party   they   have   paid  for  ALL
promises  that  is  written  in  the
invitation.   If  these promises are
not  held  people  have the right to
get some of their money back!

This is teoretical!

What  really  happens  is  that  the
organisers   raise   their  entrance
payment  and  don't keep half of the
promises!

DON'T  JUST  SIT THERE IN YOUR CHAIR
AND ACCEPT THIS.  STAND UP AND FIGHT
FOR YOUR RIGHTS!
