           REAKTOR INTERVIEW

At first,please introduce yourself

My name is Marc Panther of Reaktor and I'm one of the musicians
   in the group!

2. Tell something about your and Reaktors history?

Reaktor was formed on the 28th July between Slipstream and Mayhem
and now Phoenix New Zealand has joined us! We have
   3 bbs in England!
   1 bbs in New Zealand!
1 bbs in the good ol' USA!

3. How many members has Reaktor got and what are they doing?
Hmm..This is a trick question eh? Well to be honest I dunno but I
can take a guess, lots! And I really can't say what they're doing
right now, but I hope it's all in good taste!
4. Have you got any future plans?
My future plans are to make more music and improve on my tunes,
but copying gets in the way AAARRRRGGGHHH!!

5. Then the very boring and usual questions.

------------------------------------------------------------------
Who/What is the best: 1:Team, 2:Demo, 3:Mega-Demo, 4: Utility
5: Cracker, 6: Coder, 7: GFX-man, 8: Musician, 9: Arcade game?,
10: Adventure game...

   1. I can't really tell you who the best team is as they are so
      many good teams.
   2. I think the best demo is/was the Ce-bit demo by Red Sector.
   3. They are two mega-demos I like and they are Death Star mega-
      demo and RSI mega-demo.
   4. The best utility is Noisetracker v2.0.
   5. Hmm I dunno who's best.
   6. My very good friend Photon (ex.Oracle)
   7. GFX-man the best - I think it's J.O.E.
   8. The best musician I think (apart from myself he-he just
joking). My very good long time friend Dr.Awesome this guy
      just gets better and better.
   9. Super Hang-on
  10. I like two adventure/strategy games and they are Elite and
      Dungeonmaster.

6. What do you think about lamers?

Lamers I don't think about them but every one starts out as lamer
until they get established.

7. Please tell me something about English scene?

The English scene is very poor at the moment not a lot is happening
but hopefully this will change. Apart from Reaktor there's Magnetic
Fields, Anarchy and a few more groups. Not a lot of UK groups are
regularly producing demos. The flow of demos are not as frequent as
the teams across the water! They're lots of modem traders keeping a
steady flow of stuff circulating the U.K.
Good copy-partys are few, Magnetic Fields are having a copyparty on
the 27th October. If you wanna go just contact your nearest M.F.
member, he should have the details.

8. And something about the Amiga-scene world-wide?
Well teams come and go and new guys make themselves known and teams
fight with other teams when you think about it not alot has changed
since the last 3 years. Remember this! Things can only get better.
The Amiga-scene world-wide will take a long long time to burn down.

What's your opinion about other diskmagazines, like ZINE,NOT etc.

I read'em all when I get them (who doesn't). It must take a lot of
spare time for some guys to piece them together. If the interest and
dedication is there and lots of people are prepared to write / send
articles (disk mags need support like regular articles, adverts etc.
without them they won't survive for very long ). So if you're got
anything you wanna say contact the editor of your favourite disk
magazine.

At the end , do you have any last words?

I could give my greets list but it's so boring and long! If anybody
reading this would like to trade with anybody in Reaktor,Anarchy,or
Magnetic Fields look in the adverts part of this mag. One last
sentence please, please if any of you cool guys send disks to a long
distance address please use a strong envelope.

Ok, thanks Marc for this chat - live long and prosper...
