This is a version of the front page of 2000AD prog 740 which was painted by
Simon Coleby. The version I have created took me around 15-20 hours over
about 4 or 5 nights. The worst thing about this picture was doing the metal
equipment to the right and upper right of the main figure.
I wasn't origianlly going to use this picture for this magazine, but decided
I'd better show everyone out there that I am still actively drawing. This
is not the only picture I have done recently, besides many (MANY) logos etc,
I have completed a picture of Slaine (from 2000AD) and Judge Anderson also
from 2000AD. I'm currently working on a picture of Mickey Mouse from the
Fantasia cartoon.
