About

Vanish was founded by dr. oetker (ex. timex). agnus and i (calypso) went with him. icecube(old name : al capone) and tsr from panic came to us, too. flash (ex. acces) and hotstar (ex. raf) joined also. but who is missing for a complete group ? yeah, a gfx-man. after hesitating a bit, navy (ex. mindkillers) was also with us. anything was organized by dr. oetker. these guys were the foundation-members, which were also listed in the endpart of the timex Hypra Demo, which was the last and greatest production of timex. the other members of timex joined other groups, or left business (system x, Tdr. nims, sector 7, heatseeker, backlash, the prisoner). after two or three weeks plauze and the dutch coder leviathan joined us. our first production was a cool bootmenu which is very successful until now. now we kicked the first guy : tsr (we recognized, that his tunes were not self-composed, they were only remixed !). the next thing we released was the bootmenu installer v1.0 . i think it wasn't a great success, but version 2.0 has a lot more features. it took me (and agnus) a lot of time to design it, so we don't release it as public domain. we sell it to a software company (buy it !). in the first month we released two meeting-intros made by navy. they were really shit (only the gfx were good, 'cause navy is only a gfx-man), please forget them !!!. the next step was, that dr. oetker and icecube were kicked out (funny ?!). you wanna know why ?. i'll tell you ... 1. they produced lame things (e.g. they made packs with an old timex bootmenu and a selfdrawn logo, very ugly) we don't need bad reputation !. 2. they wanted to tell me what i should code for them, and what did i get for my work ?. not only one disk with demos, etc. !!!. 3. on a meeting they got in trouble with navy. the last week plauze left vanish.
