This CLI utillity installs a small program which checks for an attempt of
SADDAM HUSSAIN virus or REVENGE OF THE LAMER EXTERMINATOR (ROLE) virus trying
to enter memory and stops them entering.  If ROLE or SADDAM tries then the
background screen goes coloured for a couple of seconds and entry is
refused.   The side effect of this is that disks infected with SADDAM will
still need repairing with NUKE! and will probabaly give you lots of
read/write errors until this has been done (a side effect of the SADDAM virus
not entering memory, see NUKE! documentation for further details).

NoSaddamCLI patches only Disable() in ExecBase, this should not be detected
as a virus by a viruskiller, however some may do so. There is nothing I can
do about this.

NUKE! 1.5a will be released in the next few weeks, it has some new clever
routines including this one, and also some special boot protectors.
