Amiga Monitor V3.1 was  coded by THE HIGH VOLTAGE/SEMTEX - the Yugoslav  elite.
First a little history of Semtex  before I give you the docs. This  program was
coded a long  time ago, but we didn't want to  release it. Recently I saw Amiga
Monitor 2.11 and I decided that the world should see what a good monitor should
look  like. Semtex was  formed two  months  ago by THV, an ex member  of Rebels
(Night Shadow) and an ex member of  Alpha Flight. This group will release a lot
of cool  productions in the  future. Rasputin of Semtex has  released a preview
version of his RRR utility, and a new version will  show up soon. So far, there
is no competition for the Amiga  Monitor 3.1, because it is - simply the best !
All suggestions, comments and bug reports should be sent to the adress shown at
the end of this text file. Spreading of this elite utility was done by Soul and
Chain of Semtex and I hope you got this in time. Otherwise - blame them !
