About

Small story about this intro: "one of our swappers handled the stuff don't even know what the deal was i made stuff one friday night.. he sent it over got a reply that "ok.. does not run on ntsc" fixed stuff a bit and resent".
                                                        updated 27.1.-90

                        How to use these programs!
                        --------------------------

First of all there are few very important files in the disk and there you
should find these programs in C directory...

-Music1.2 (this should work in NTSC ?)
        -NoMusic1.2 (NTSC ?)

        -MusicVersion (PAL)
        -NoMusicVersion (PAL)
        -ED (Cygnus ed)
        -TetraPack

They are the only tools you need to produce a cool intro for Paranoimia.
Write your scrolltext with ED and save it into the disk named as 'text'.
The scrolltext must be written in capital letters! And remember to add
a little character 'r' to mark the end of the scroll text (don't forget it
because it will make the intro crazy!)
There are also some other control codes that are usefull. For example a
little character 'p' means pause and after it you must put the pause time
in seconds. I give an example...

**PARANOIMIA** PROUDLY PRESENTS NEW STUFF pd
           r

That means pausing the NEW STUFF text for four seconds. The pausing lenghts
are: a=1 sec b=2 sec c=3 sec d=4 sec e=5 sec and so on...
And the little 'r' is the end mark of scroll text.

Now you have done the scrolltext and saved it as 'text' into the disk. Run
the program named 'Music1.2'. The program will crunch the disk a little
time and when all is ready it returns into the CLI and displays some
numbers. Write them down because you will need them when you crunch the
intro. The program 'Music1.2' saves the intro into the disk named as
'Paranoimia'. Load TetraPack and crunch the 'Paranoimia' file. Then the
intro is ready to use. All this takes about 10 minutes.
Note that the Low Memory address is same as the Load Address in Tetrapack
and the High Memory address can be a bit greater that the Music1.2
program gives!! Program type is of cource plain (o)....

Facts about the intro...
-everything is made during one video frame
-vector includes 38 points (not max number!)
        -two pixels sinus scroll
        -music ripped
-tested in v1.2 and v1.3 Amiga 500/2000 machines
-v1.2 should work in NTSC Amigas too (couldn't test...)
If the intro doesn't work tell me what's wrong so I will try
         to get it work!!!
