  It's party time again, and this time in Sweden (of course). The party
  will take place in a town called NYKÖPING, located 100 km south of
  Stockholm. The party place is a dancehall were they usually arrange
  dances with around 1200 people, and is called TRÄFFEN (TREFFEN).
 
            THE ENTRANCE FEE WILL BE 160 SEK ( APPROX. 21 USD )
                  FEMALE VISITORS WILL GET IN FOR FREE!!!

  The party will begin at 12:00 on the 31:st of March and end at 16:00
  on the 2:nd of April...

  There will be a cafeteria open inside the party place and only 250-300m
  to the nearest hamburgerplace, which is located nearby a big supermarket.
  There won't be any showers at the actual party place, but there is a
  public bath behind it called Hjortensbergsbadet, where the more hygenic 
  can pay a small fee to shower.

                             HOW TO GET THERE!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

                  First of all you have to get to NYKÖPING!

  If you travel by train and arrive on Friday, you have to walk to the 
  bus station. Follow the road on your right until you walk under a bridge
  and then you will see the bus station.
  
  If you arrive on Saturday or Sunday you can grab bus 9L directly from
  the station, and tell the bus driver to drop you off at TRÄFFEN.

  If you travel by bus and arrive at the bus station you should take bus 2,
  before 19:00 on Friday. After 19:00 it's bus 9B. And the whole Saturday
  it's 9B.

  The last bus leaves at 21:40 from the bus station, after that it's either
  a cab or try to get in touch whith the organizers to see if we can provide
  you with a ride for a small fee.

  If you travel by car then locate a road called STOCKHOLMSVÄGEN, and drive
  north until you spot a rather large building with the sign "TRÄFFEN".

  There will be a large projector screen TV (Approx. 4.5 * 3.5 Meter)
  Enough music power for everyone! (Unlike TP4 we don't have an enhanced
                                    freestyle)

              VIRTUAL CONSPIRACY '95 - 4 CHANNEL MUSIC COMPO
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

  * Maximum one contribution from each musician.

  * The upper file size limit is 650Kb.

  * The contribution must be handed in as a standard
    PT-module, or if this can't be done, as an exe-file.

  * If there are more than 20 contributions, a jury consisting
    of both organizers and volunteer musicians are to choose
    the 20 to be played.

  * We will play a maximum of 4 minutes per tune, due to our rather
    tight schedual.

  * The songs will be played using ProTracker 2.3.

  * The name of the composer will not be shown in the compo, only 
    the name of the song. This is of course to discourage people 
    from voting on "famous" handles.

  * By handing over your contribution, you agree to let the organizers 
    freely spread it after the actual competition.

  * If you're a musician and would like to take part in the jury,
    let us know during the party, and then we will see what we can do.
    We will of course publish the names of the jury members along with
    the official results.   

  * The jury will listen to, and judge the contributions thoroughly,
    much unlike The Party IV competition ...

  * Maximum one contribution from each artist.

  * A maximum of 256 colors iff format.

  * The contribution must be handed in as a standard
    iff-file.

  * If there are more than 30 contributions, a jury consisting
    of both organizers and volunteer artists are to choose
    the 30 to be showed.

  * The name of the artist will not be shown in the compo, only 
    the name of the picture. This is of course to discourage people 
    from voting on "famous" handles.

  * By handing over your contribution, you agree to let the organizers 
    freely spread it after the actual competition.

  * If you're an artist and would like to take part in the jury,
    let us know during the party, and then we will see what we can do.
    We will of course publish the names of the jury members along with
    the official results.   

  * We will not tolerate any redrawn, scanned or raytraced pictures.
