LK: Well, I started composing on the
AMIGA in 87/88 using the old
'SoundTracker'. The reason for it
was that I play piano since I was
7 years old. Also I do some 'real'
music which is going to be
recorded on CD after this summer.
SMT: How many modules have you already
released?
LK: Poh, a lot! Hm, let me say 70-80.
SMT: What kind of modules are they?
LK: I have composed some chip-tunes a
long time ago, but now I only make
'real' modules.
SMT: Which music editor do you use?

is the best nowadays?
LK: 'ProTracker', too.
SMT: Which is the worst in your
opinion?
LK: Hmmm... Really don't know.

But you can say that I prefer

LK: Well, I'm working on the tunes for
my 2nd music disk which is going
to be released in the autumn.

using your samples in their own

The comps will start at 8:30pm the
first day. Deadline is 15 minutes
earlier. We won't make any exceptions
from this for any big group... Well,
depends how much they'll pay, but our
prizes are higher than what they'll
get out of it. We have some fine
small tricks to make cheating as hard
as possible.
I N T E R N A L T E L E V I S I O N
-------------------------------------
Throughout the event, DESTINY will be
running a live internal TV channel
with competition coverage, a live
running commentary of the entire
event, scene-quiz and other weird
programmes (ie. HAMPSTER's cookery &
Farmer SPUD!). Bus and train times
and other information times will also
be displayed so no fuzz about that at
all. The INTERNAL TV will also be
available to other groups to
make/screen their own programmes.

your TV to view DTY TV as there'll be
8 TV's positioned around the halls!

programmes we make at the party to
compile a 3-hour video, so if you
can't get here, we'll send you a copy
of that (of course, if you CAN be here
for the party, well, that would be
great!).

We've arranged for a 1200 W sound
system. Nothing else to say...
FOOD / LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

We'll have a deal with a local pizza
company to obtain cheap pizzas.
There'll also be a licenced bar an the
Saturday (5 bottles of beer 5 pds
only)! If you feel like getting
homesick, there is a payphone for you
to hear mummys voice again. There are
local nightclubs/pubs and if you want
to, you can combine the party with a
small trip to CANTERBURY or LONDON.
The venue was build just one year ago,
so the sanitarian facilities are
modern.

The place is well known all over
Nijmegen. It's a 5 minutes walk from
the station and the place can hold 200
computers and more people. If more
people show up, we might open another
hall.

We will have 3 competitions:

We are sorry to say, but due to your
lack of knowing us we can't afford
Aars-like prices. Because most
visitors will be Dutch, we will pay
you out in Dutch guilders. you can
change it at the local change-office
at the station. Rules will be
genlocked on screen and will also be
printed on paper. All products must
be in before or on the deadline and
must be new and released on Somewhere
In Holland!
Facilities:
Toilets will be cleaned every hour and
if neccesery, the people that can't
piss straight will clean it once more!
We have 2 official bouncers to prevent
trouble. 1 big screen (6 sq. metres)
A board on the wall that shows you
where in town you can find the best
disco's, cafe's, cinemas (at what
movies are playing) etc. A drive-in
show for the music. Info-screen,
genlocked on the big screen that
informs you of the latest action every
hour.
Unknown:
The fact that you never heard of us
before is that we will officially
enter the scene with this party.
Ofcourse, WL has already exsisted for
1 year but for us, it was a time of
training and development. We started
WL as a joke and more for the
friendship and not for the development
of demos. While time passed we
started to interest ourselves
(ofcourse) for demos etc. You
understand that it took some time etc.
Well, friendship is still the most
important issue. If, for example,
Facet asked us for joining (?) and he
turned out to be a jerk, he would be
kicked immediately. Ofcourse this is
no offence to anyone but just an
example.
