    Today I've decided to pick on someone who's well-known to many U.K. sceners
 as one of the most known swapper in  the  U.K. Devistator of eltech was one of
 those guys who willing to swap with  anyone,  anywhere to get well  known! And
 now he has made it nearly to the  top, Devistator has decided to take the time
 out for this little in
