About Freud
Freud was one of the early Belgian legends as part of Bamiga Sector One (BS1); a capable cracker and trainer maker, he quickly made a name for himself though he was never very outgoing with his accomplishments; it is actually very hard to find releases that he signed or credited himself for.
After BS1 disbanded, he followed some of the Brussels members to Full Evil and later Bad Trip. None of these groups lasted longer than a few releases and soon he found himself to be 'independent', more interested in H/P/A and occasional modem trading.
In the summer of 1992, -TCB!- and he met for the first time and they became friends. Spending evenings boozing and trading on multiple lines whilst H/P/A'ing on another line just to be sure that there was always a way to 'call out'. Late that summer, out of sheer boredom, Global OverDose (aka G.O.D.) was founded and the first releases (trainers and onefiles) were spread to some friendly boards that were soon added as members and before you knew it, GOD was a real group.
Freud was a prolific trainer maker though was minimalistic in his approach: he only added the options that were deemed required to enjoy/finish the game. As the trainer-scene evolved, in-game keys and even in-game menus became the standard.
In the middle of 1994, nearly two years later, Freud left GOD. He changed his handle to Gordon and joined/founded (?) a new group called GIN. A few releases in his known style followed before he disappeared from the scene, never to be heard again.
According to the last news obtained, he relocated to the US where he now resides and runs a successful business.
