About Concept Elite

For a short while, Concept Elite was Global Overdose's WHQ running a total of 7 nodes. It was also the WHQ for Tarkus Team and TRSI/Faith. Unfortunately, the BBS was not very stable and suffered a lot of outages/downtime. In the end, the sysop couldn't bother anymore and just took the board offline permanently.
