About Tristar
Tristar was founded in 1987 on the C64 by Delaware, Frankie and CCO. They issued more than 100 releases and productions on the old Commodore 8-bit platform. In 1988 they started releasing on the Amiga after some of their main members bought this computer, and thanks to a merger with Flynn's group MCP (Master Control Program).
Tristar was one of the very first European Amiga groups (mainly from Germany) with members and BBS's in the United States.
In June 1990 after a tough period, Flynn of Tristar and Irata of Red Sector decided to launch a co-operation between both groups, which gave birth to TRSI (Tristar & Red Sector Inc.).
